We want you to be happy with your purchase from North Cozy Co.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the issue
• a brief description

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders Not Received

If your order shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

General Returns

For returns unrelated to defects:

• must be requested within 30 days
• item must be unused and in original packaging
• customer is responsible for return shipping

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins.
Once processing starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
