Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier availability. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but may vary due to customs delays, postal service issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled if it has already entered fulfillment.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer reports it as not received, we must follow the supplier’s investigation process, which may take up to 1–2 months. A non-delivery certificate from the local post office may be required.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Customers must provide photos, videos, and complaint evidence within the required timeframes in order for us to open a claim.

We use third-party suppliers and logistics providers. We are not responsible for their actions, delays, policies, or errors. However, we will assist customers to the fullest extent within our supplier’s allowed policies.

Delays caused by customs, natural events, strikes, or other force majeure
